5/8″ advanteck tonge and groove floor sheathing
Walls framed 16″ on center
Exterior covered with 5/8″ T1-11 siding
Roof framed with 2×8 ridgeboard and 2×6 rafters 24″ on center
1/2″ osb roof sheathing
6/12 roof pitch
4″ to 6″ overhangs
Architectural shingles
Double doors with an opening 4′ wide, 5′ wide on 10×16 or larger.
No roof pitch, metal roof or siding upgrades on Utility sheds. All other options cab be done.
