Standard Shed Economy Shed
Both types of sheds are built well . My standard priced sheds are built stronger than most and almost always less expensive for that style of construction and features. My economy priced sheds are great for a tight budget and still built to last.

If you are going to park a vehicle or large tractor in it or just want something built better than most sheds go with the standard. If you just need a basic shed and want to save hundreds go with the economy shed. It will easily hold any back yard tractor,4 wheeler or motorcycle.

I can also add any feature of the standard shed to the economy shed. I can add or change anything. I want to build the shed that YOU want.
You can add a steeper roof pitch or an overhang to an economy priced shed and still save hundreds!!

Pressure treated 4x4 runners

p.t. 2x6 floor joist 16" on center

Floor covered with 3/4" advanteck plywood

Walls framed with 2x4 spaced 16" on center

Exterior covered with 5/8" T1-11 siding

Roof framed with 2x8 ridgeboard and 2x6 rafters 2' on center

5/8" plywood roof sheathing

7/12 or 10/12 steep roof pitch

8" overhang and soffit

30 yr architectural shingles

Double doors with an opening up to 6' wide included

Most of the other shed companies do not even offer this type of shed. They can't easily transport it. If they do offer this type of building compare the prices.Why pay hundreds, even thousands more? I build better sheds for far less!

On one of my 10 x 16 "standard" sheds with 7 '6" sidewalls and a 10/12 roof pitch you have 12' from floor to peak.

On one of my 12 x 16 sheds with 7' 6" sidewalls and a 10/12 roof pitch you have almost 13' from floor to peak.

THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE IN HOW MUCH ROOM YOU HAVE TO WORK WITH IN A SHED IF YOU HAVE LOW SIDEWALLS AND A FLAT ROOF!!
